As we begin our Science Fair experiments, the AIS lab will be available on weekends for the next few weeks for students to come work together with their group in a supervised Science environment!

Walker - Blocks E, G, and H
Today we continued work on our Athenian or Spartan school designs in our journals. Remember, this includes:
- Blueprints of the school campus
- 8-subject list of a student's classes
- Paragraph describing the ideal teacher for the school
- Paragraph describing the valedictorian (student with highest grades at graduation) for the school
- Two illustrations from the perspective of standing in the school
We will continue this when I return from the 6th grade field trip. The information you put in this activity will be used in an upcoming summative project.

Last class we where doing stations to work on the verbs. Remember to bring your verb worksheet and your reading worksheet tomorow because we will correct them. We will also do a review to help you get ready for the quick quiz you will have during your second french class this week.
Remember to always review your French Vocabulary because more words will be comming at you this week.
IF you have trouble or questions you can always go to the homework club on Monday and thuesday!

Today Block 7F took lesson 6-6 on percents and proportions. We learned to create a proportion and use the "freebie" 100 at the bottom of one of the ratios. We then use the other values in the problem to complete the proportion with the remaining spot to be filled by a variable. *Hint, remember, whatever comes after the word "of" will be on the bottom across from the 100.
